GoBob Loafing Sheds, Shelters
and Barns for Horses

Whether you need a loafing shed, stalls for your horses or a complete facility with tack & feed storage. GoBob has a horse shelter to meet your needs. All our buildings are HEAVY DUTY steel building that will last a lifetime but are still portable. They are delivered assembled and ready to use, just the way you ordered them. Shown below are various buildings we have sold. We will attempt to show you the quality that goes into the construction.

This is the shelter for the one horse owner or midge horses. It is a 12ft x 12ft shelter with a small loafing area on one side and a 6ft x 12ft tack room on the other. Includes a steel walk through door, plywood lining and a swing out feeder that can be filled from inside the tack room.

This is a classic loafing shed, a base livestock shelter without any options. This particular one is 12 ft deep x 24 ft long. Remember, you have a choice of 18 colors.

12ft x 24ft shelter with optional drop down front, calf gates & tin guard.

End view of shelter gives you an idea how deep they are. Great thing about them is their portability. We have some customers that face them to the North in the summer then spin them around and face them to the South in the winter.

Rear view of a 12 x 24. This picture reminds me. I have a lady that reports that in the fall she brings her shed up near the house and the horses use it all winter. When spring comes, she drags it back out to the pasture then she plants her vegetable garden where the shed was all winter!

Caption: This is a 12 x 36 with a 12 x 12 tack room in the center. We also build 6 x 12 and 9 x 12 tack rooms. They can be mounted in the center or in either end of the building.

Same building as above showing some more detail on the right side stall. Looking at this picture from top to bottom, notice that the ends of the steel tubing are sealed to prevent insect nests. Also notice the top edge of the plywood has steel angle iron covering it to prevent cribbing. This particular shed has seven bar gates, which are six feet high.

Left side stall. Notice the gate has a spring-loaded latch. Also notice the feeder in the far corner. This feeder can be filled from inside the tack room. More about that later.

View inside the take room. Notice the skylight above gives you plenty of light during daylight hours. The plywood flooring is ¾" treated. The feeders in the corners can be turned in to fill and then swung out into the adjacent stalls for access by the animals.

This customer purchased two 12 x 36 footers with plywood lining but no gates. He arranged them into an "L" configuration to provide shelter regardless of the direction of a storm.

This customer uses one end of his 12 x 24 building for hay & feed storage and the other as a loafing shed.

This is a 12 x 24 with 3 gates, plywood lining and crib guard. Notice the steel skids that are standard on all our sheds and building.

This is a feeder the customer already had and hung it in the corner of our building. We want you to notice the steel tubing lining to the left of the horse. This is an option generally specified for cattle sheds but it is available for horse shelters as well.

"I sure like my new home!"

This picture illustrates the steel tubing skids with chain loops that are standard on all of our livestock shelters.

Loafing side of the one horse shelter shows the swing out feeder, plywood lining and crib guard.
